We are proud to host a heavyweight Sound Meeting in Graz – warming up for Hills of Eden Festival 2025!
DreadLions, a young Roots Reggae & Dub Soundsystem from the hills of Upper Austria (Mühlviertel), was founded by Fawi & Maddin in 2016 in CarryWine (Tragwein). Their mission is simple: to share love, unity, and peace through reggae music.
Supported by their handcrafted Zion Warriorz Sound System, exclusive dubplates, original productions, and a powerful message, they’ve established themselves as a vital part of the Austrian dub landscape.
🎛️ They run their own label, DreadLions Music, with releases on vinyl and digital, and host the Dub inna Fox’s Den sessions—Freistadt’s first regular Roots & Dub dances.
🌱 Their biggest project: the Hills of Eden Festival, celebrating Sound System Culture in the stunning surroundings of Ehrnau Castle.
Now, they bring that energy to Forum Stadtpark for a special warmup session—alongside Dub der Guten Hoffnung Sound System.
Expect deep selections, warm basslines, uplifting vibrations, and pure sound system energy.
